"I have always been interested in Education, more so I even wrote my BA thesis on Chinas Education System, Influences of Confucianism and Growth of Vocational training. After my BA, I worked as an Erasmus Coordinator in Budapest and found myself very interested in the field of Higher Education, specifically Quality Assurance. I got accepted to an Erasmus Mundus Masters shortly after, called MARIHE and have so far been enjoying all the knowledge gain. I hope to be more involved in the development of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in the future and am excited for all the experiences and opportunities here at the ACEEU."
About me

Three things to know about me

I have lived in 3 continents

Born in Sri Lanka, spent 5 years in Canada, 12 years in the Emirates and 4 years in Hungary. I have experienced 3 levels of Education in these places, from Elementary in North America to Middle and Secondary in the Middle East and Higher Ed in Europe.

I worked as an Erasmus Coordinator

I started out as an intern and soon followed into working fully with Incoming Student Mobility. I love working with students!

I have visited and studied in Beijing for two months!

An absolute beautiful experience, from writing about Confucianism and Education to actually visiting the Confucius temple was exciting.
